Frequently Asked Questions

Common Inquires

Do you offer sliding scale pricing?

Yes! I believe coaching should be accessible to everyone. If you need a sliding scale option, schedule a free 45-minute consultation so we can find a rate that works for you. I’m working on adding Afterpay and Klarna for more options soon.

Is coaching a substitute for therapy?

No. Life coaching is not a replacement for therapy.

Key Differences:

  • Therapy treats mental health conditions, explores past trauma, and is led by licensed professionals.
  • Coaching focuses on goal-setting, personal growth, and life transitions. It is future-focused and does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

What I Can Do as a Life Coach:

✔ Help you set and achieve personal and professional goals
✔ Support you through life transitions and challenges
✔ Provide guidance on self-advocacy, communication, and personal growth
✔ Offer emotional support and strategies to help you thrive
✔ Explore spiritual paths and self-awareness

What I Will NOT Do:

✘ Provide therapy or mental health treatment
✘ Diagnose or treat mental health conditions
✘ Offer crisis intervention or emergency support

If you need mental health care, I will refer you to appropriate resources. Coaching complements therapy but does not replace it.

How can coaching benefit me?

Coaching provides personalized guidance to help you set goals, overcome obstacles, and unlock your potential. Whether you want to build confidence, improve communication, or gain clarity, coaching offers the tools and accountability to help you move forward.

Who do you work with?

I primarily support neurodivergent individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. If you’re looking to build confidence, or improve communication, I’m here to help.

What can I expect from a session?

Sessions are personalized and judgment-free. We’ll focus on your goals at your pace, developing practical strategies tailored to your way of thinking. My goal is to help you feel understood, capable, and empowered.

How can I schedule a session?

Start by scheduling a free consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. You can also reach out via email or text if you have questions or want to discuss options. Contact details are under the Contact button below.

Do you offer advocacy support?

Yes! I help clients navigate challenges at school, work, and personal situations by developing communication skills and problem-solving strategies. If needed, I can assist with preparing for conversations, drafting communications, or engaging on your behalf to ensure clarity and fairness. My goal is to empower you with confidence and tools to advocate for yourself effectively.
